Tidy is a house cleaning service that was thought of with a creative team of 4. The app focuses on a convenient way for anyone to have a professional housekeeping experience.

I had the role of conducting user research with persona development, user testing, and usability testing. I also designed sketches, wireframes, and the final mock up frames.
Brief
Create a well designed mobile app that makes it convenient for users to order a housekeeper.
Problem
How can we create a trustworthy cleaning experience that will make the user comfortable and convenient.
Surveys
To get a better understanding of what we were going to build, the team and I constructed a survey that included various questions about how often they cleaned their homes and if they have ever used a housekeeper. We received 74 responses from our surveys.

Business Analysis
I researched main competitors in the house cleaning business to have an understanding on what they had to offer. Finding these insights, it helped us know what to design to keep our brand stand out from the rest.
Our user persona "Tammy" was created from all the research that was gathered from our surveys and affinity mapping to have a better idea of what the common user would look for in our app.

We started a design studio as a team and individually formed our ideas into sketches to find the best possible solution.
Wireframes
Once we had our sketches completed as a team, we all chose what would work out as wireframes to start being tested.
Reiterate
Once we designed our wireframes as a team, we started to user test with 6 participants. With those user testing we found what worked and what didn't. I gathered the information from what our research gathered and designed the final mockup.
